These cards will go to the right; from the ready column to the last Done column. Using an electronic-kanban tool will motivate team members taking tasks from different levels to pick out a card and work on it after completing anything they have been working on and take on the next task confidently.
A good example, in a simple code, test, evaluation process, once a tester has performed the assigned task, they will check the card in the ‘Done’ section under code. If cards in the Code done column are visible, they can ‘pull’ the card into the Test in-progress section and start doing it.
