1.1. How to get started with Kanban
Even though Kanban seems to be deceivingly simple, it is not that straightforward as it provides more sophisticated tools and techniques based on Lean/Agile Principles and theories. When these principles are used efficiently, they will amount to substantial benefits like greater predictability, better throughput and quality, and reduced time to market. Many Teams start with Kanban putting up a whiteboard and moving stickies across it.
The Kanban method abstracts these ideologies for the benefit of knowledge teams and help them get these benefits. However, it is important to learn about these principles and the associated benefits involved and apply them fully.
