Although Scrum works great, it is always better to consider any arising improvements. How would you find and deploy the bottlenecks evident in your processes? How would you discover that you are achieving your SLA responsibility in various sessions of service your groups are required to produce? How would you decide whether you could enhance your market time? Which obstacles are your team experiencing which hinder workflow? What is the relationship of your resources in various functions or tasks around the team?
These are the various questions you should include while asking the team, which in turn lead to considering Kanban.
