3.8 Roles, Artefacts and Events
The sprint is what creates the flow in scrum, but to hold it all together there are a few roles, artefacts and events. It is the scrum master`s job to facilitate the events, and to keep everybody following the simple scrum rules. There can be more artefacts, like sprint vision, sprint goals, and burn down charts, but the main three artefacts are mentioned below.
